Job description
CORE FUNCTIONS
Responsible for the administration of assessments (formative and summative) for an assigned group of programmes; certificates; diplomas, bachelor degrees and postgraduate programmes across platforms in line with assessment policies and procedures.
Appoint and allocate assessments to approved examiners/moderators for groups of programmes as assigned; track and notify academics of assessment/moderation bundles and follow up on assigned assessments according to set timelines.
Review and sign off assessments before uploading them on the LMS.
Processing of payments for examiners and moderators.
Minimum requirements
QUALIFICATION (S)
Relevant Postgraduate degree
3 years experience in a similar/related field
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Knowledge and experience in assessment development coordination at a tertiary level
Experience working with processes and procedures
Knowledge of MIS and LMS
Meaningful communication, problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking, and self-management skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Be able to work during weekends and after hours if required.
