Duties and responsibilities:
• Manage enquiries related to the academic programmes.
• Manage the booking of testing venues for all departments in the faculty.
• Manage the hiring and remuneration of test/exam invigilators for all departments in the faculty.
• Manage the timetables of the academic programmes.
• Capture student marks on the UFS systems and handle the administration pertaining to these.
• Liaise with external examiners/moderators.
• Maintain postgraduate progress reports.
• Update and maintain the biographical data of students, including student files.
• Assist with arrangements and documentation related to the examinations and re-admissions committee meetings.
• Assist students with arrangements regarding student registration.
• Communicate information regarding academic programmes with all undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Assist with arrangements and support regarding graduations.
• Provide registration support for the faculty.
Inherent requirements:
• Grade 12 or National Vocational Certificate on NQF level 4.
• Experience with student advising and registration.
Recommendations:
• Post-school qualification.
• Minimum of one (1) year’s relevant working experience relating to the duties and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft, Blackboard and MS 360.

Salary:
The annual remuneration package, including benefits is: R 211 391 .43 – R 354 408.50 per annum depending on the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.
