WHAT YOU’LL DO Develop and execute integrated, large-scale omni-channel marketing plans and campaigns that effectively reach target audiences across multiple channels. Design and implement brand messaging strategy and content for multiple channels, including digital, in-store, and PR. Analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify opportunities to build brand awareness and increase online penetration. Partner with internal teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives to improve customer retention. Communicate Bash’s vision and mission across various audiences; customers, vendors & shareholders and employees. Act as brand guardian for Bash, ensuring all comms are aligned to the creative guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are optimised for maximum effectiveness. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies. Generate and report on customer and competitive insights to inform decision making. Develop relevant brand activations via store events, sponsorships, ambassadors and partnerships. Identify new opportunities and perception gaps to drive brand equity & awareness. WHO YOU ARE: This job is for you if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a senior marketing position. Proven track record of designing and executing successful large-scale marketing campaigns. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
