Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To manage both the basting and poultry team
  2. Organizing and efficiencies in production
  3. Management of staff
  4. Health and safety and food safety adherence
  5. Understanding production yields
  6. To ensure accuracy on production reports

REQUIREMENTS: 

  1. Production/ food industry – minimum 2-5 years’ experience (advantageous)
  2. Knowledge of poultry equipment – (advantageous)
  3. Experienced in food safety audits: FSSC, HACCP etc.
  4. Degree or higher
  5. Experienced in the MS Office suite – non negotiable
