Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Batching of Pick slips(invoices) for nightshift operations (Incl. double check)
  2. Reconciliation of invoices printed against Delivery schedule and B2B list sent through to Finance
  3. Batching of Driver packs for the next days deliveries
  4. Deconstruct invoice packs diligently on return from routes (Separate Trip sheets, Invoices, Fuel/Toll Slips and Debrief sheets)
  5. Check Trip sheets for completion of all fields with correct information
  6. Reconcile previous days invoices against Invoice Handover Sheet
  7. Capturing of customer orders/B2B's onto sales order report and ensure timeous submission
  8. Assisting with Adhoc duties when necessary
  9. Capturing of Claim Tracker
  10. Performing relief Supervisory and debrief duties when necessary
  11. Monitor communication between stores and DC

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1 years experience in the Logistics and transportation industry
  2. 1 year Administrative experience
  3. GPS systems and Fleet Management software experience will be advantageous
  4. Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in logistics /supply chain management / Business administration or a related field will be advantageous
