The Qualifications and Experience Requred:
Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification is a plus)
5+ years of team leadership in a complex, high-turnover environment
5 + Years Retail Operations Experience
Matrix management skills to foster cooperation across business functions
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for rapid learning, adaptability, and strategic thinking
