Execute, manage and deliver on recruitment requirements of PG by following standardized process, quality customer and candidate engagement/experience, accurate and real time administrative records of projects satisfying a business requirement of a resourced organisation with appropriate talent as required to support business objectives.
Engage with stakeholders to define, agree and implement a recruitment plan, per recruitment project, toward on time, in full and according to standardised practice execution resulting in resource requirements being satisfied to business needs and according to corporate standards and guidelines.
Ensure all recruitment projects and actions satisfy the required authorisations, verifications, risk mitigation, administration, good practice and legislation requirements during execution.
Update and maintain real time recruitment reporting, status updates and project related file notes to ensure accurate and comprehensive record of events, project progress/realities/challenges, decision making process and enables regular and standardised reporting to customers and the respective executives.
Engage and collaborate with team members, colleagues, vendors, suppliers and the like toward achieving sound relationships, professional rapport and exceptional results that comply to standards, requirements and a high level of professionalism.
Ensure continuous improvement in effectiveness, productivity, knowledge and ability improvements with regard to new industry and functional developments toward an increasingly professional service to customers, self-development and increased team effectiveness.
Efficiently and effectively utilize HR, recruitment and associated systems and tools to execute toward exceptional talent sourcing, response handling and brand building aligned to the PG standard and customer expectations.
Assist, support and comply to any reasonable work related outcome/task/instruction including ad hoc projects of a broader HR nature in pursuit of achieving PG business, HR, talent and recruitment objectives.
