Line Manager: Regional Sales Manager Health and Beauty
Job Specification:
- Key Performance Areas:
- Deliver NSV sales targets
- Deliver shopper service at retail via Store Consultant and Store Management and develop strong relationships with optimal communication
- Deliver permanent merchandising and visual standards and prepare new stores for openings
- Ensure execution of marketing plans in store
- Carry out authorised RTV’s in store
- Control costs and expenses
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years Retail Health and00 Beauty Sales experience
- Minimum 5 years Retail department or H&B Store Management experience
- Minimum 5 years Sales Representative / Area Manager in Beauty Industry Company experience
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / NGF 4
- Cosmetology / Beauty Therapist Diploma would be advantageous
- Sales Management Diploma would be advantageous

- SAP Manager self-service and SAP reporting and BW
- Knowledge of financial processes
