Our training department is growing and we are looking for experienced Sales Trainers.
As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for providing ongoing training to new and existing Sales Consultants.
Your role and accountabilities will include (but are not limited to):
·Conducting training according to the training plan whilst maintaining and adhering to the highest level of standards
·Maximizing the Sales Consultants effectiveness through training programs and interventions
·Evaluating learner’s suitability to the sales floor and making recommendations for improvements
· Conducting and facilitating coaching as required
·Keeping up to date with changes or advancements on the sales floor
· Compiling, collating and maintaining learner documentation and feedback relevant to training delivery
Requirements
·A minimum of 2 Sales Training Experience essential
·2 years Learning and development or training experience
·Assessor and / or moderator qualification advantageous
·2 years in INSETA accreditation process advantageous
