The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of training and development at Bet Software, creating a training culture for the company and mobilizing all the training resources of The Star factory to achieve these goals.

You bring:
- 5 years of SDF experience
- 3 years of Training and Development Management experience
- 3 – 5 years of Facilitation Experience
A Bonus to have:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree
- SDF -registered
What You’ll do for the brand:
- Create the annual training plan for the company
- Continuous skills gap analysis at all job levels
- Manage the Star Labs hub (Graduate Programme), and in consultation, create new training programmes, assessing their effectiveness and reporting to the business
- Team Member development through ongoing consultation with the People team
- Co-ordinating the technical learning journey for each job description in the business
- Responsible for all leadership training and development
- Liaising with Star Factory in compliance reporting
- Create an effective learning environment at BET, incorporating online, remote and face-to-face strategies.
- Reporting to management on regional training hours, areas of concern, developments.
- Manage online learning platforms and reporting of outcomes to management.
- Adhoc duties as required.
