This Job position will be responsible for the administrative cycle for the Connected Services Department, working along with dealers and customers in ensuring that activation of Telematics.
This position is earmarked to Unemployed Youth on a 12 month contract basis. The person applying must comply with the criteria and be registered on the Yes4Youth platform
Responsibilities and Duties
•Loading of Telematics Contracts
•Analysis of the database
•Compiling of monthly reports on retention and dealer performance
•Supporting Dealers on Telematics Activation & solving queries
•Supporting Customers with vehicle tracking and vehicle reporting
•Partner invoicing and analysis
Minimum qualifications
•Matric
•Business Administration qualification advantageous
•0 – 2 Administration experience
